FEE offers programmes for refugee girls and women from different countries of origin in the so-called "FEEnhaus". The focus is on the individual skills of the girls/women and helping them to help themselves in order to realise equal political, social, professional and cultural participation for women and girls. A space is created for girls and women where they can feel comfortable and engage with socio-political issues. Branding is being developed for FEE that encompasses both print and digital media.
